FAQs

Answers to your commercial printing questions.

Offset printing uses plates to transfer an image onto a rubber blanket, and then rolls that image onto a sheet of paper. It is the best choice when larger quantities are needed, offering accurate color reproduction and crisp, professional-looking printing.

Digital printing doesn't use plates the way offset does, but instead uses options such as toner or larger printers that do use liquid ink. Digital printing shines when lower quantities are needed.

Our turnaround time depends on the specific product, printing method, and quantity. Digital printing projects can often be completed in 1-3 business days. Offset printing usually takes 4-7 business days. Custom packaging and complex jobs may take longer. Please contact us with your specific requirements for an accurate estimate.

While our primary focus is commercial printing, we do have in-house designers who can assist with prepress optimization, minor design tweaks, and layout structuring. However, for full brand design, we usually require print-ready files from your designers.

We prefer high-resolution PDF files (PDF/X-1a standard) with crop marks and at least 3mm bleed. We also accept high-resolution TIFF, EPS, and Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files. Please ensure all text is outlined and images are embedded in CMYK color mode.

Yes, absolutely! Custom packaging is one of our specialties. We can print and die-cut boxes in various shapes, sizes, and board types including FBB, SBS, and Duplex. We also offer premium finishing options like lamination, spot UV, foiling, and embossing.
