Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Because all our commercial printing projects are custom manufactured, orders cannot be cancelled once the printing process has commenced (plates have been made or digital printing has started). If you cancel an order before the printing process begins, you will be refunded your payment less any costs incurred for design, prepress work, or material procurement.

2. Defective Products

At AmbikaOffset, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you discover a manufacturing defect in your printed products, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue. If the defect is verified to be a printing error on our part, we will reprint the order at no additional cost.

3. Non-Refundable Issues

We do not issue refunds or reprints for issues that are the responsibility of the client, including but not limited to:

• Typographical, spelling, or grammatical errors in client-provided files.
• Low-resolution images provided by the client.
• Design errors introduced by the client in the document creation process.
• Standard color variations between the digital screen and the printed product.

4. Process for Returns

To request a reprint for defective items, you must return the entire defective order to our facility at your shipping expense within 7 days. Once we receive and verify the defect, we will expedite the reprint process.
